physical training course

 

What it is

Body knowledge and practice: a dedicated space where you can learn to move with your breath and develop knowledge, listening and awareness of your body.

How it works

Through the sharing of guided movement sequences from the barre on the floor, stretching, yoga, each participant will be guided in a training aimed at discovering their own body structure, correct alignment of the spine, body volumes and strengthening of the ‘centre’ and appendages. Available in packages of lessons or one-day workshops.

Artistic research

This course stems from a desire to share the teachings I received in my training and which I put into practice every day in my work and personal life to improve my integrity and centredness in relation to myself, others and the world I inhabit.

The course aims to accompany each participant towards a greater awareness of their own resources, to develop a repeatable practice and discipline in their daily life and to foster a deep connection and receptive state of mind open to the emergence of authentic insights.
