What it is
The course offers the opportunity to delve into the concrete needs that emerge within the working environment of reference and to build together with the participants a creative process tailor-made from the enhancement of the practical, bodily, creative and emotional resources of the individual and the working group involved.

How it works
Participants will be an active part of the process as users and creators will learn to develop individual and collective resources and skills in synergy with themselves and the group. The theatrical practice and the set of exercises proposed will become propaedeutic for the development and creation of a mindset and modes of action useful for improving work dynamics and processes in order to create a virtuous and synergic work environment.
Artistic research
‘In my experience I have learnt that artist practice trains us to develop our bodily, sensory and creative resources, continuing to ask questions of meaning about ourselves and the world we inhabit, allowing us to build, cooperate and share together.
It helps us to broaden our horizon of vision, to transform our limitations into possibilities, to become more integrated and sensitive people in the different areas of our lives.
It helps us to consciously connect to a deeper feeling and centredness.
It helps us to become more and more ourselves.
